Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning mantra. Problems can overwhelm us. Today's meditation invites us

(00:26):
to consider different perspectives on the problem so that we
can alleviate our worries. Your morning mantra, what if what
I'm worried about wasn't a problem? Let's begin. If it's

(00:49):
safe to do so, close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax
your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.

(01:16):
Drawing your breath to the space between your eyebrows. Bring
to mind something that causes worry, maybe the thought that
keeps resurfacing or the one that won't go away. Notice

(01:46):
the sensations arising in your body as you will allow
this worry to have airtime. As there is many different
stories to a situation, there are many different anger to
a problem, and there are just as many solutions and outcomes.

(02:16):
Imagine looking at the situation from another angle. What does
this situation teach us? What does it look like from
another point of view? Is there something that we could

(02:41):
be overlooking? How can we apply the benefit of the
doubt what else do we need to know so that
we can make an informed decision. Imagine the worry dissolving

(03:08):
like mist in the morning, sun softening your chest on,
clenching your jaw, releasing your shoulders. Remember the many past

(03:30):
resolved challenges that you faced, and know that this one
will resolve as well. Today's mantra, what if what I'm

(03:52):
worried about wasn't a problem? Repeat to yourself, either out
loud or in your mind, what if what I'm worried
about wasn't a problem. Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

(04:19):
breathing in and out of your heart space. May you
be happy, May you be well, May you be free
from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may your whole

(04:42):
life be truly blessed. Bringing your awareness back to the
space around you and slowly opening your eyes to increase
self awareness and growth. I invite you to listen to

(05:06):
this evening's reflection. You can also deepen your practice with
