Morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores unconditional love and how we
can put it into practice. Let's begin your morning mantra.

I am loved unconditionally. If it's safe to do so,
close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,

and bring your attention to your breath, drawing your breath
down to your heart space. Unconditional love and aspirational type
