Good morning, I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your morning mantra.
Today's meditation explores where we have control of our futures
by consciously choosing which thoughts we act upon. Your morning mantra,
I choose how I live. Let's begin, if it's.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Safe to do so, close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax
your shoulders.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Down, and bring your attention to your breath. Drawing your
breath to the crown of your head. We can have
control our influence in our lives, and the things that

we have control of are our thoughts and our actions.
And whatever we choose to think or act upon each
moment creates our future. Life will unfold depending on which

thoughts and actions we choose, and even which actions we
choose not to choose. It is a choice choosing inaction
or action. Time will pass, days come and go, and

the years fly by. The results of our choices become
more obvious to us as the time passes. To be
conscious of our choices, to exercise control where we can

is a very empowering and inspiring way to live. Today's
mantra I can choose how I live. Repeat to yourself,

either out loud or in your mind. I can choose
how I live. Bringing your awareness back to your breath,
breathing in and out of your heart space. May you

be happy, May you be well, May you be free
from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may your whole
