Morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores how acceptance creates the foundation
for genuine love for ourselves, for others, for life. Your

morning mantra, I accept what is so love can enter.

Let's begin if it's safe to do so. Close your
eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, Relax your ears,
relax your jaw, relax your shoulders dead.

And bring your attention to your breath, drawing your breath
down into your heart. Before love comes acceptance, accepting what

is before us wholeheartedly, with open arms and minds. Acceptance
isn't about agreeing. It isn't about approval or fixing. When

we are non accepting, we build walls, we resist, we judge.
Love becomes conditional acceptance for what is is pure presence,

allowing oneself to be written and rewritten in each moment,
and allowing the same for others, Accepting each moment for
what it brings, and the next moment and the next

just being with and opening to the flow of compassion
and love, leading to joy. Unconditional love because love can
only be where true acceptance lives. Today's mantra, I accept

what is so? Love can enter? Repeat to yourself, either
out loud or in your mind. I accept what is so?
Love can enter, bringing your awareness back to your breath,

breathing in and out of your heart space. May you
be happy, may you be well, May you be free
from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may your whole

life be truly blessed. Bringing your awareness back to the
