If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, Relax your eyes, relax

your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath, drawing your breath down into your belly.
Some words of wisdom say to say yes. Just say

yes and everything will fall into place. It's great advice
if you're used to saying no are not feeling ready.
But what if you were burned out from saying yes,
or you naturally say yes to a lot of things.

It could be that your plate is full of things
that you half want to do, things that are almost
a yes, but doing them will get you to where
you want to go. What if you had the power
to change your yes into a hell yes before you

commit to it. Before you commit to something, you have
an opportunity to bargain, to ask for what you want,
what would make it better for you more or less flexibility,
more or less responsibility, more or less balance, whatever it is.

Don't be afraid to ask. At the outset, you might
just get what you're asking for, And if not, in
this opportunity. Once you put it out into the universe,
it will come back to you in the form that
you want. Today's mantra it's got to be a hell yus.

Repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind.
