creates a stress on the body mind, and so today

an invitation to lead a full life rather than a
busy life. What do you need to slow down to
be calm on the outside and on the inside. What

do you need to do to take back your evenings
and weekends to do the things that you want to do?
A great worker has never been seen on a tombstone.
