If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax

to your breath, drawing your breath down into your heart.
An invitation to keep a dream journal. When you wake up,

write down as much as you can remember. Even if
the dream doesn't make sense, You can stir up your creativity,
give you messages about your life, come up with much

needed solutions. Upon reviewing your journal, you may notice recurring
patterns or ideas, your subconscious mind trying to tell you
something important. Lucid dreaming occurs in the last couple hours

of sleep, so if you wake in the middle of
the night, dream journaling will help you process and get
back to sleep. Writing upon waking is essential, and within

minutes all can be forgotten. Today is an invitation to
start or keep a dream journal and to write upon waking.

The Brothers Ortiz
