When we compare our journey to others, we minimize our
dreams and invite suffering. Today's meditation is about embracing our
own path, recognizing that growth unfolds in its own perfect

Timing your morning mantra, I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.

Do so, close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax

shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath, drawing
