morning mantra. Today's meditation is a practice and mindfulness which
explores the uttermost boundary of our bodies. Let's begin your

close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,

Relax your ears, relax your job, relax your shoulders down,
and bring your attention to your breath. Drawing your breath
