Approche production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning mantra. There is a quiet freedom in letting go
of what is beyond our control. Today's meditation is about

releasing the weight we were never meant to carry. Your
morning mantra, I release what I cannot control. Let's begin,
if it's safe to do so. Close your eyes or

lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, Relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath. Breathing in deeply through the nose and

exhaling slowly through the mouth. Feel the body softened with
each breath. We spend our energy holding on, clinging to

trying to change things that are not ours to change.
This creates tightness, tension, often unnoticed, which we normally allies,

and this tension steals our natural state of peace. When
we let go of the need to change things that
are not within our sphere to change, when we allow

things to pass through us rather than cling to it,
we can release and soften, allowing our natural state of
peace to remain for longer and longer each time we

practice letting go. Today's mantra, I release what I cannot control.
Repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind.
I release what I cannot control, bringing your awareness back

to your breath, breathing in and out of your heart space.

be free from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may
