Our words carry power. In the midst of everyday conversations and inner dialogue, today’s meditation invites us to pause, listen, and speak with clarity and truth. When we choose words that reflect who we really are, we strengthen our voice and our alignment.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
Morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores the words and stories that
we say. Today is an invitation to be mindful of

(00:29):
our dialogue. Your morning Mantra, I say what I mean.
Let's begin, If it's safe to do so, close your
eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears,

(00:57):
relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your
attention to your breath, drawing your breath down into the belly.

(01:19):
We might find that others we know tell the same
stories without realizing that we do the same. Our conversation
can be repetitive stories told over and over again, stories

(01:48):
about past events, stories about what we want, what we desire,
stories about what we like and what we do like,

(02:08):
stories about other people. These stories often roll off the
tongue on autopilot, memorized by heart. We might get lost,
not even paying attention to what we're saying. Things that

(02:35):
we tell ourselves, in our minds and to other people
can become embedded truth, even when they are no longer
meaningful or true. Today is an invitation to be mindful

(03:02):
of what we say out loud and in our heads,
an invitation to check in to explore if what we're
saying is still relevant, Does it still hold true? Does

(03:29):
it make sense? Does what I'm saying still matter? Today's mantra,
I say what I mean. Repeat to yourself, either out
loud or in your mind. I say what I mean,

(03:58):
bringing your awareness back to your breath, breathing in and
out out of your heart space. May you be happy,
May you be well, May you be free from stress, worry, fear,

(04:23):
and anxiety, and may your whole life be truly blessed.
Bringing your awareness back to the space around you and
slowly opening your eyes to increase self awareness and growth.

(04:49):
I invite you to listen to this evening's reflection. You
