Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning Mantra. Today's meditation invites us to soften our grip

(00:26):
and recognize that letting go is often an act of
faith and self trust. Your morning mantra, I release what
no longer serves me. Let's begin, if it's safe to

(00:48):
do so. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax
your eyes, Relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your
shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath. Drawing

(01:15):
your breath gently down into your heart, feeling its warmth.
Let each inhale, bring courage, and only exhale. Release attachment.

(01:41):
We often hold tightly to habits, to people, to expectations,
to stories about who we should be, sometimes out of fear,

(02:02):
sometimes out of routine, sometimes because we don't yet know
who will become without them. Letting go creates space for
something new to enter, something aligned. Releasing is gentle. It

(02:35):
asks for honesty, for compassion, It requests grace. As we
let go, we make room for ease, for clarity for

(02:59):
the next gentle step forward. Today's mind, I release what
no longer serves me. Repeat to yourself, either out loud,
or in your mind. I release what no longer serves me,

(03:25):
bringing your awareness back to your breath, breathing in and
out of your heart space. May you be happy, may
you be well, May you be free from stress, worry, fear,

(03:50):
and anxiety, and may your whole life be truly blessed.
Bringing your awareness back to the space around you and
slowly opening your eyes to increase self awareness and growth,

(04:16):
I invite you to listen to this evening's reflection. You
can also deepen your practice with me on Inside Timer

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
