morning mantra. Where our energy goes, our life flows. Today's

meditation is about giving energy to only what truly matters.
Your mourning mantra, I give my energy to what nourishes me.
Let's begin, if it's safe to do so, close your

eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears,
relax your jaw, your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath. Drawing your breath to the space between

your eyebrows. Allow thoughts to come as they may. Watch
them as they swirl about in and out of the mind.

Notice where your attention goes. Reflect On where these thoughts
will take you. Notice how the thoughts have the flavor

of the journey that you're currently on. Reflect On how
this is aligned to your aspirations. How could it be

more aligned? What needs to happen for this to occur?
Which thoughts require action? What is the best use of

your energy today? Today's mantra, I give my energy to
what nourishes me. Repeat to yourself, either out loud or
in your mind, I give my energy to what nourishes me.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath, breathing in and
out of your heart space. May you be happy, may
you be well, May you be free from stress, worry, fear,

and anxiety. And may your whole life be truly blessed.

slowly opening your eyes to increase self awareness and growth,
