This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

Love begins with seeing things as they truly are. Today’s meditation invites you to soften into presence, release judgment, and recognise how acceptance becomes the foundation for deeper connection — with yourself and with others.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra. I

Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders.

Down, and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the
events of your day to run through your mind from
when you woke up.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
To this very moment. Reflect on love in your life.

(01:25):
Reflect on acceptance within this love. Reflect on how you

(01:49):
can't love anything until.

You accept it as it is. What can you learn

(02:16):
from this.

to your breath, breathing in.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
And out of your nose.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Drawing your breath down into your belly.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
Where there are no thoughts at all.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
