This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

Forgiveness lightens the weight we carry. In a world quick to judge, today’s meditation invites you to soften — to release shame, hurt and anger, and to offer grace to yourself and others. In choosing forgiveness, you choose love, and the freedom that flows from it.

Your Morning Mantra: Forgiveness is love and freedom.

Jennifer Cray is a life coach, meditation teacher and yoga teacher for Living Lit Up, based in Brisbane. You can deepen your meditation practices with her on Insight Timer.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
Forgiveness is love and freedom. Close your eyes or lower

(00:30):
your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw,
relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow the events of your day to run through your

(00:51):
mind from when you woke up to this very moment.
Reflect when you made a mistake. Did you meet yourself
with compassion? Reflect on a moment when someone else faltered?

(01:31):
Did you forgive them with grace? Reflect on how forgiveness

(01:55):
for yourself and others since you free? What can you

(02:19):
learn from this? Now? Think of three things that happened
today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you,

(02:42):
and then let go, releasing the day and all thoughts
that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment,

(03:06):
bringing your attention to your breath, Breathing in and out
of your nose, Drawing your breath down into your belly
where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow

(03:32):
for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice
with me on Inside tim or find the link in
