mantra I make small adjustments towards my dreams. Close your

eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears,
relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your
attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day

to run through your mind from when you woke up
to this very moment. Reflect onn moving towards joy. Reflect
