mantra I offer myself kindness. Close your eyes or lower

your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw,
relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow the events of your day to run through your

Reflect on a moment today when you could have spoken
to yourself more gently. Reflect on the sensations that arise
