Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
I release what I cannot control. Close your eyes or

(00:31):
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath. Allow the events of your day to

(00:52):
run through your mind from when you woke up to
this very moment. Reflect on controlling situations, reflect on allowing

(01:30):
things to pass through. Reflect on how tension is not

(01:54):
permanent and how peace can remain. What can you learn

(02:20):
from this now? Think of three things that happened today
that you can be grateful for. Say thank you, and

(02:43):
then let go, releasing the day and all thoughts that
came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment,

(03:06):
bringing your attention to your breath, breathing in and out
of your nose, Drawing your breath down into your belly
where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow

(03:33):
