negative thoughts. Let's begin your morning mantra, was I choose
to rise above negative thoughts and feelings.

If it's safe to do so, Close your eyes or
bring your focus to a single point and relax your gaze.
Take a breath, relax your jaw and your shoulders, and
remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth. Feel

into your body. Look for places of tension and breathe

it needs, let it expand. Inhale as you expand, and
as you exhale, surrender through the tension. Let it dissolve.
