This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

Our words carry power. In the midst of everyday conversations and inner dialogue, today’s meditation invites us to pause, listen, and speak with clarity and truth. When we choose words that reflect who we really are, we strengthen our voice and our alignment.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
I say what I mean.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,
and bring your attention to your breath.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Allow the events of your day to run through your
mind from when you woke up to this very moment.
Reflect on conversations out loud or in your head. Reflect

(01:29):
if the words matched, what was true for you? Reflect

(01:53):
on paying attention to your words and stories. What can

(02:17):
you learn from this now? Think of three things that
happened today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you,

(02:40):
and then let go, releasing the day and all thoughts
that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment,

(03:04):
bringing your attention to your breath, Breathing in and out
of your nose, Drawing your breath down into your belly
where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow

(03:31):
for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice
with me on Inside tim or find the link in

Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang. Gabe doesn’t know all the details of his brother’s nefarious dealings, and he’s made a point not to ask, to protect their relationship. But when Larry is murdered during a home invasion in a rented beach house, Gabe has no choice but to look into what happened that night.
