I am clear on what I want.

of your day to run through your mind from when
you woke up to this very moment. Reflecting on this.

closer together. What can you learn from this.

Think of three things that happened today that you can
be grateful for. Say thank you, and then let go,
releasing the day and all thoughts that came over. Calling
