Approache production. Reflecting on letting nature nurture bring to mind
today's mantra, It's time for a nature bath. Close your
eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your eares,

relax your joke, relax your shoulders down, and bring your
attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day
to run through your mind from when you woke up

(00:55):
to this very moment, looking for moments in nature. Notice

how nature has the power to ground you. How did
awareness to begin in a natural setting shape your day?

(02:02):
What can you learn from this? Now? Think of three
things that happened today that you can be grateful for.

(02:26):
So thank you, and then let go, releasing the day
and all thoughts that came with it. Calling your energy
back to this moment, bringing your attention to your breath,

(02:52):
breathing in and out of your nose, drawing your breath
down into your belly. But there are no thoughts at all.
