Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
I listen with an open heart. Close your eyes or

(00:31):
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention
to your breath. Allow the events of your day to

(00:51):
run through your mind from when you woke up to
this very moment. Reflecting on the words you heard today.

(01:26):
Notice where there was trust and where there was doubt.

(01:52):
How did literal listening affect your relationships? What can you

(02:18):
learn from this? Now? Think of three things that happened
today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you,

(02:41):
and then let go, releasing the day and all thoughts
that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment,

(03:05):
your attention to your breath, breathing in and out of
your nose, drawing your breath down into your belly where
there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for

(03:31):
your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with
me on Inside tim or find the link in the
