Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's
mantra A release what no longer serves me. Close your
eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears,

(00:34):
relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your
attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day
to run through your mind from when you woke up
to this very moment. Reflect on a mistake from your

(00:56):
past that you wish you could change, focus on letting

(01:20):
it go, forgiving yourself or others. Allow peace to enter

(01:48):
and give this space for the new to arise. What

(02:13):
can you learn from this now? Think of three things
that happened today that you can be grateful for. Say

(02:35):
thank you, and then let go, releasing the day and
all thoughts that came with it. Calling your energy back

(02:55):
to this moment, bringing your attention to your breath, breathing
in and out of your nose, Drawing your breath down
into your belly where there are no thoughts at all.

(03:25):
See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also
deepen your practice with me on inside Timer. Find the
link in the show notes below. Us U
