I honor my need for rest and restoration. Close your

Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax
your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow the events of your day to run through your
mind from when you woke up.

Think of three things that happened today that you can
be grateful for. Say thank you, and then let go,

Calling your energy back to this moment, bringing your attention
to your breath, breathing in and out of your nose,

drawing your breath down into your belly where there are
