This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

When we meet another with presence and openness, we glimpse the truth of our shared humanity. Today’s meditation invites us to see beyond difference, dissolving judgement and separation. In this space of connection, compassion and belonging naturally arise.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra,
I honor our shared humanity. Close your eyes or lower

(00:31):
your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw,
relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow the events of your day to run through your

(00:52):
mind from when you woke up to this very moment.
Reflect on who you saw today, reflect on feeling their

(01:29):
shared humanity. Reflect on how you could do this tomorrow.

(02:15):
What can you learn from this now? Think of three
things that happened today that you can be grateful for.

(02:37):
Say thank you, and then let go, releasing the day
and all thoughts that came with it. Calling your energy
back to this moment, bringing your attention to your breath,

(03:07):
breathing in and out of your nose, drawing your breath
down into your belly where there are no thoughts at all.

(03:27):
See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also
deepen your practice with me on Inside tim or find
the link in the show notes below.
