I take one step at a time towards my dreams.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,
and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events

of your day to run through your mind from when
you woke up to this very moment. Reflect on taking
one small step. Reflect on how the action was amplified

beyond expectations. Reflect on how the pieces fell into place

when they needed to. What can you learn from this? Now?

Think of three things that happened today that you can
be grateful for. Say thank you, and then let go,
