Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
I show up as my whole self.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Down, and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the
events of your day to run through your mind from
when you woke up to this very moment. Where did

you allow yourself to be fully authentic today? What masks

do you feel? Ready to gently sit down? Reflect on
(01:53):
how being yourself deepens connection with others? What can you
(02:18):
learn from this now? Think of three things that happened
today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you,

and then let go, releasing the day and all thoughts
that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment,

bringing your attention to your breath, Breathing in and out
of your nose, Drawing your breath down into your belly
where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang.
