This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

Our minds tend to dwell in the past or race toward the future. Today’s meditation is a gentle reminder to return to the present and recognize the wholeness and peace that exists in simply being here, now.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra.
This moment is enough.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,
and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events

(00:44):
of your day to run through your mind from when
you woke up.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
To this very moment. Reflect on living in the present moment,

(01:19):
What small moments brought peace? Reflect on how you can

(01:46):
be more present. What can you learn from this now?

(02:17):
Think of three things that happened today that you can
be grateful for. Say thank you, and then let go,

(02:41):
releasing the day and all thoughts that came with it.
Calling your energy back to this moment, bringing your attention
to your breath, Breathing in and out of your nose,

(03:08):
Drawing your breath down into your belly where there are
no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for your morning mantra.
You can also deepen your practice with me on Inside
