Appogie production. Reflecting on your beautiful body. Bring to mind
today's mantra, I love my body as it is right now,

close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,
and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events

of your day to run through your mind from when
you woke up to this very moment, noticing the incredible
feats that your body has done. Look for times of movement, strength,

and healing of mind and of body. Reflect on the
beauty of your body. What can you learn from this? Now?

Think of three things that happened today that you can
be grateful for. So thank you. I'll let go, releasing
the day and all thoughts that came with it, calling

your energy back to this very moment, bringing your attention
to your breath, Drawing your breath down into your belly
where there are no thoughts at all. See you in
