your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw,
relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.

mind from when you woke up to this very moment.
Reflecting on the loss of a pet, reflect on the

joy and love. Feel the love in your heart and

know that it holds space for both grief and happiness.

things that happened today that you can be grateful for.

Say thank you, and then let go, releasing the day

back to this moment, bringing your attention to your breath,
