Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approche production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of you
on morning Mantra. When we truly connect with another person,
being fully present, open and engaged, we can see our

shared humanity. Today's meditation is about recognizing this deep connection
and how it dissolves judgment, prejudice, and inequality. Your morning mantra,
I honor our shared humanity. Let's begin.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gay. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

(01:21):
to your breath, drawing your breath down into your heart.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Pictures sitting across from someone. It could be a friend,
a stranger, or someone you've struggled to understand. Imagine you
were both fully present. You are listening, seeing, feeling. Imagine

(02:04):
gently holding their gaze, seeing them through the window of
their souls. Notice what is shared between you, the right
to be safe, to be seen, to be loved. In

(02:30):
this presence of shared humanity, our differences shrink away. There
is no space for hate or racism, inequality or discrimination.
There is only connection. Every one of us carries the

(02:56):
same beating heart, the same human need for belonging. We
practice honoring this. We live in a kinder, fairer, and
more united world. Today's mantra, I honor our shared humanity.

(03:23):
Repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind.
I honor our shared humanity. Bringing your awareness back to
your breath, breathing in and out of your heart space.

(03:50):
May you be happy, may you be well, May you
be free from stress, worry, fear and anxiety. And may
your whole life be truly blessed. Bringing your awareness back

(04:13):
to the space around you and slowly opening your eyes
to increase self awareness and growth. I invite you to
