Approache production. Good morning, I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning mantra. Today's meditation is an invitation to notice the
wisdom within silence. Your morning mantra. In silence, I hear

my truth. Let's begin, If it's safe to do so,
close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,
relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your shoulders down,

and bring your attention to your breath, drawing your breath
into stillness, noticing the quiet in between the sounds. While

(01:29):
silence seems empty, it is full of presence. In silence,
we can connect with clarity to our intuition, to our truth.

Noise often pulls us outward, silence brings us home. It
is the pause between the thoughts, the breath, between the words.

Today's mantra, In silence, I hear my truth. Repeat to yourself,
either out loud or in your mind. In silence, I
hear my truth. Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

breathing in and out of your heart space. May you
be happy, May you be well, May you be free
from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may your whole

life be truly blessed. Bringing your awareness, back to the
space around you, and slowly opening your eyes to increase
