Approach production. Good morning, I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores the gift of beginning again,
the power of a fresh start in any given moment.

Your morning mantra, I begin again with gentle hope. Let's begin.

If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, Relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

to your breath. Drawing your breath down into your heart.
With each exhale, release the past, and with each inhale,

let renewal fill your lungs. Every breath is a reset,
a doorway, a gentle reminder that we can begin again

at any moment, after a gasp or a yawn, after
a mistake, a hard day, after falling short, disappointing.

Beginning again doesn't erase the past. It transforms it with compassion,
with softness, with learning. Each new beginning is a small

act of courage, a choice to keep moving, to keep growing,
to keep believing. Hope lives in the inhance, light lives
