Approache production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores the stillness that lives within us,

the calm center that we can return to at any moment.
Your morning mantra, I return to the quiet within. Let's begin,

if it's safe to.

Do so, close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax
your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax your
shoulders down.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
And bring your attention to your breath. Drawing your breath
down in to your center, and bring your awareness to
the quiet, the quiet that always exists within the center,

A place of peace, a soft space where nothing is required,
where calm lives. Our center can't be broken, it can't
(01:58):
be taken away. It is always here, patiently waiting for
our return, our rock steady center. When life becomes loud,
(02:24):
we can return to softness. When emotions swell, we can
contract to the center. When thoughts feel scattered, we can
focus on to the quiet within. Our center is our home,
(02:55):
a space to rest, a place to reset, a retreat
to renew. Today's mantra I return to the quiet within.
Repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind.

to your breath, breathing in and out of your heart space.
