Approache production. Good morning. I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores the strength that comes from authenticity,

the courage to be seen as we truly are. Your
morning mantra, I show up as my whole self. Let's begin.

If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

to your breath, drawing your breath into your heart space.
Authenticity is when we live from the inside out, when

we know ourselves intimately and our outside world aligns with
our inside world. Living wholeheartedly comes from living with authenticity,

(01:49):
no masks.

No shrinking, no pretending. When we show up as ourselves honestly,
we live with freedom, our voice strong and true, fully present.

We are naturally seen as others are attracted to our honesty,
to our unwavering bravery to be us. When we allow
our light, our ideas, our shadows, all of us to exist,

to breathe, to belong, we invite, encourage, and we inspire
others to do the same. Today's mantra, I show up

as my whole self. Repeat to yourself, either out loud
or in your mind. I show up as my whole self,
bringing your awareness back to your breath, breathing in and

out of your heart space. May you be happy, may
you be well, May you be free from stress, worry, fear,
and anxiety. And may your whole life be truly blessed.

Bringing your awareness back to the space around you and
slowly opening your eyes to increase self awareness and growth.
