Approchie production. Good morning, I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning Mantra. Today's meditation explores the quiet wisdom of pausing

(00:27):
and how stillness brings inner peace. Your mourning mantra, Pausing
brings me back to myself. Let's begin.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, Relax your ears, relax
your jaw, Relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

(01:08):
to your breath.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Drawing your breath down into your belly. Feeling the ease
and each rise and the release and each fall. Let
each inhale, restore, and each excel soften. We live in

(01:42):
a world that urges us forward, fast, constant, sometimes unquestioning.
Aligned growth rarely happens in this state. Pausing creates clarity

(02:08):
and truth. When we come back to our breath this moment,
we remember what matters. Our intuition gets louder. We become

aware of body signals, our hearts and our eyes can
see with clarity. We become wise old souls experiencing a

(02:51):
moment of alignment, a reset, a return. In any moment,
this is a very us. Our breath is our anchor,

(03:14):
the path to our inner cell. Pausing regularly to find
this creates clarity and alignment and inner peace. Today's mantra
Pausing brings me back to myself. Repeat to yourself, either

(03:39):
out loud or in your mind. Pausing brings me back
to myself. Bringing your awareness back to your breath, breathing
in and out of your heart space. May you be happy,

(04:08):
may you be well, May you be free from stress, worry, fear,
and anxiety, and may your whole life be truly blessed.
Bringing your awareness back to the space around you and

(04:32):
slowly opening your eyes to increase self awareness and growth,

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
