Often our minds are chasing what's next or replaying what was.
Today's meditation is a gentle reminder that the present moment
is enough. Your morning mantra, This moment is enough. Let's begin,

if it's safe to do so. Close your eyes or
lower your gaze.

Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax
your shoulders.

Down and bring your attention to your breath. All your
breath to this present moment. Notice the air as it
enters your nose. How it's cool on the inhale and

warm on the exhale. Notice the quiet hum of life
around you. Stay with this. This moment is not a
stepping stone. It is the present, the past, and the

future unfolding all at once. Let this moment be complete
in itself. Be with it. This moment is enough. Rest
in the simplicity of the present. This moment is a gift.
