morning mantra. As parents, we can question our decisions and choices,
wondering if we're doing a good job. Today's meditation is

about honoring your intentions, trusting your doing your best, and
releasing judgment your mourning mantra, I trust my heart as
a parent. Let's begin.

If it's safe to do so, close your eyes or
lower your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax
your jaw, relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention

to your breath, drawing your breath down into your heart space.
Children don't come with manuals, and pressure from external expectations
can be overwhelming. Parenting can feel exhausting, repetitive, and undervalued.

Know that we are doing the best that we can
with the resources that we have.

In this moment. Recognize that choices and decisions are made
with the best of intentions from the heart, with safety
and well being at the forefront. Remember that we are

also learning growing alongside our offspring. Every misstep a chance
for growth, every triumph an opportunity to celebrate. Imagine being
wrapped in a gentle embrace of compassion feel warmth and kindness,

melt away criticism and judgment. Know that perfect parenting doesn't exist,
only wholehearted intention and effort. Today's and I trust my
