This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.

Our bodies are not problems to solve—they are sacred homes to honor. In today’s meditation, we practice accepting our bodies just as they are, with gratitude for all they’ve carried us through.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Approache production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra,
My body is my home. Close your eyes or lower

(00:27):
your gaze. Relax your eyes, relax your ears, relax your jaw,
relax your shoulders down, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow the events of your day to run through your

(00:48):
mind from when you woke up to this very moment.
Reflect on how your body was today, Accept the body

(01:22):
for how it is right now. Reflect on how accepting

(01:49):
pain and disease brings peace. What can you learn from

(02:15):
this now? Think of three things that happened today that
you can be grateful for. Say thank you, and then

(02:38):
let go, releasing the day and all thoughts that came
with it. Calling your energy back to this moment, bringing

(03:02):
your attention to your breath, breathing in and out of
your nose, Drawing your breath down into your belly where
there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for

(03:28):
your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with
