Approache production. Good morning, I'm Jennifer Cray, host of your
morning mantra. Your time and attention are the most valuable
things you own. Today's meditation is about treating them like

precious luxury items. Your mourning mantra, who can afford my
time and attention? Let's begin, If it's safe to do so,
close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes,

Relax your ears, relax your jaw, relax shoulders down, and
bring your attention to your breath, drawing your breath down

into your belly. Our time and attention seem free, readily available,
and easy to give away, often taken for granted, but

actually our time and attention is a luxury item, the
most expensive item that we own, beautiful treasures, gems that
can't be retrieved once they're spent. Consider we're a goes,

may be scrolling on free socials, which makes money for
already beyond rich companies. Who and what in our lives
deserves our time and attention? As is this who receives it?

Today is an invitation to become aware of your expensive presence,
to be aware of who is receiving it and wondering
if they can afford it, reminding ourselves that our time

and attention are not free, but that others may benefit
from us. Believing that it is so. Today's mantra, who
can afford my time and attention? Repeat to yourself, either

out loud or in your mind, who can afford my
time and attention? Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

breathing in and out of your heart space. May you
be happy, May you be well, May you be free
from stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, and may your whole

life be truly blessed. Bringing your awareness back to the
space around you and slowly opening your eyes to increase
