紀錄片簡介：年度長片《歡迎來到北車大客廳》紀錄四名來自印尼不同世代的女性看護工來台灣工作的故事。她們的名字是 Tantri、Umi、Pindy、Yusni，平日她們照顧老人或小孩，假日則從事自己熱衷的事物。而台北車站也因地理位置的關係，成了印尼看護工、移工重要的聚集地。移工們會到北車唱歌、看書、分享食物、談天說地，也成為了北車在假日期間熱鬧的場景，北車彷彿成為移工們的「客廳」。
導演紀曾文珍與我們分享七年製作的拍攝過程。她在研究、拍攝主角人物的時候，她察覺到「空間」是一個有意思的主題，而北車是一個很重要的空間使居住在台灣的移工們可以維繫感情。在雇主家，她們在屬於自己的空間中維持喜愛的事物及興趣，像是拍攝、寫作、創作藝術，並與遠在印尼的家人聯繫。在這些空間中，移工們在忙碌的工作環境中獲得休息，並享有生活中的樂趣。
紀錄片也延伸出了現今台灣對待看護工仍存在權益不等的現象。舉例來說，看護工未納入勞基法保障的範疇、雇主性騷擾等問題，這也促使了在台移工發起不同的勞權運動。導演也透過鏡頭紀錄，訪談了主角們對權益不等的看法及心境。

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three).
