《Z色派對》迷你系列「歡慶台灣同婚五週年：世界各地的第一！」挑選了三個「第一」的國家：亞洲第一的台灣、世界第一的荷蘭、非洲第一的南非；來探討這三個國家是在什麼樣的社會條件下，得以成功推動同婚合法；合法之後，有哪些還在面對的挑戰；以及它周邊國家的現況。

2019年5月24日，台灣成為亞洲第一個同性婚姻合法化的國家。即使目前的台灣同婚還無法享有與民法婚姻完全相同的權益，但依然是世界婚姻平權之路上的一大步。
本集來賓是台灣同婚合法化的重要推手——尤美女律師。尤律師分享2012年到2019年期間，同性婚姻立法的推動、立法院裡的攻防戰，以及經過了2018年公投後，立法委員如何處理公投結果顯示的民意，以及平權倡議者想推動的法案之間的衝突。
