《Z色派對》「歡慶台灣同婚五週年：世界各地的第一！」第二站是荷蘭。
2001年4月1日，荷蘭成為全世界第一個同性婚姻合法化的國家，史無前例地同性婚姻納入民法的保障範圍。
本集來賓正是1994年就開始提出同婚法條，並在2001年成功使同婚法條上路的荷蘭國會議員 Boris Dittrich。Boris 分享他身為律師和法官，1980年代在荷蘭開始見證到許多因愛滋失去生命、失去伴侶的同志情侶，在沒有婚姻保障下的困難處境。1994年，Boris 當選荷蘭下議院的議員之後，第一件事情就是提出同婚法案。
Boris 1994年提出法案後，面對到同志團體對婚姻制度的反對。在積極倡議後，終於獲得社會的支持，七年之後順利讓法案上路。同婚合法過後幾年，當初在國會中反對同性婚姻的基督教政黨領袖，前來向 Boris 自白自己當初是受到「對未知的恐懼」影響，如今他也明白了婚姻平權的意義，並帶領政黨改變立場，一起支持婚姻平權。
荷蘭社會對於同性婚姻的民調支持度，從2000年的56-60%，一路成長到2023年的91%。Boris 也分享了這段時間，他們在荷蘭社會中所進行的社會溝通策略。
《Z色派對》迷你系列「歡慶台灣同婚五週年：世界各地的第一！」挑選了三個「第一」的國家：亞洲第一的台灣、世界第一的荷蘭、非洲第一的南非；來探討這三個國家是在什麼樣的社會條件下，得以成功推動同婚合法；合法之後，有哪些還在面對的挑戰；以及它周邊國家的現況。
