פרשת קטארגייט ממשיכה להסתעף לאחר שאתמול (רביעי) פורסם כי אלי פלדשטיין קיבל מאיש עסקים ישראלי תשלום שמקורו בגורמים קטאריים. המפכ"ל לשעבר רוני אלשיך הגיב על הפרשה אצל אילנה דיין בגלצ: "עכשיו מתחיל דיון מסביב לפלדשטיין, אם הוא ידע מאיפה הכסף או לא - אבל כל זה כסף קטן. השאלה היא מאיפה נוצר הציר הזה שמזרים כסף מקטאר, והשרים מסביב לרה"מ צריכים לדרוש תשובות". אלשיך האשים את רה"מ: "הקשר עם קטאר נבנה על השולחן של נתניהו, הוא בנה את הקונספציה - וקם ב-7.10 כשהנכס שלו טובח וחוטף אותנו, ועל זה הוא צריך לתת תשובות".
