מערכת "יהיה בסדר" קיבלה את פנייתה של יהודית, בת 69 שנמצאת ברימיסיה של סרטן של מערכת הלימפה, ומאובחנת עם תסמונת סיוגרן וזאבת. בעקבות המחלות בהן היא חלתה ועדיין חולה, יהודית סובלת מכאבים כרוניים עזים ומקשיי שינה. ב-6 השנים האחרונות היא מקבלת ממשרד הבריאות רישיון לשמן קנאביס, אותו היא מחדשת מדי שנה. מסיבה לא ברורה, בחצי השנה האחרונה קופת החולים מאוחדת, בה יהודית חברה, לא חידשה את הרישיון שלה. בעקבות פניית "יהיה בסדר", המרשמים שלה אושרו בשבוע שעבר והיא קיבלה על כך הודעה.
תגובת קופת החולים מאוחדת: לאורך השנים, יהודית קיבלה רישיון לטיפול בשמן קנאביס באופן עקבי, תחילה מרופא פרטי ולאחר מכן דרך מוקד הקנאביס של הקופה. באופן חריג וחד פעמי היא קיבלה רישיון מנהלי ממשרד הבריאות שהיה תקף ל- 3 חודשים. לצערנו, לא ניתן היה לאשר את בקשותיה האחרונות לחידוש המרשמים, כיוון שהוגשו מסמכים חלקיים ולא עדכניים. עם זאת, בשל מצוקתה ומצבה הרפואי, פעלנו לזירוז אישור המרשמים, וזאת בכדי לא לפגוע ברצף הטיפולי שלה.
