מערכת "יהיה בסדר" קיבלה את פנייתו של יוחנן, נכה צה"ל שפנה לאגף השיקום בספטמבר 2023 בבקשה לגשת לוועדה רפואית, תוך צירוף המסמכים הרפואיים הרלוונטים. רק במהלך קיץ 2024 נענה כי יוכל לגשת לוועדה תוך חודש, אך הוא לא קיבל עדכון בנושא כמה חודשים למרות פניותיו החוזרות והנשנות לאגף.
בשידור הקודם בינואר, משרד הביטחון הגיב: יוחנן מוכר באגף השיקום על פגיעה בכף רגלו מזה למעלה מחמישים שנה ומטופל בהתאם לאבחנה הרפואית. אנו מתנצלים על העיכוב בזימונו לועדה הרפואית, בשל העומס הרב בשנה האחרונה. בתחילת חודש פברואר תתקיים ועדה בהשתתפותו, ואנו מאחלים לו בריאות איתנה.
לאחר פניית "יהיה בסדר", יוחנן זומן לוועדה רפואית ואחוזי הנכות שלו התעדכנו לשביעות רצונו.
