אברהם בולי יהושע נולד בירושלים בדצמבר 1936. הוא כתב עשרות ספרים מסוגים שונים. רומנים, סיפורים קצרים, ספרי עיון, ספרי ילדים, מחזות, ורבים מספריו אף עובדו לסדרות ולסדרות טלויזיה. על עבודותיו ותרומתו לספרות העברית, זכה יהושע בפרסים רבים. בפרק הזה ישתף אותנו בולי בתהליך כתיבת ספרו - מולכו, אשר יצא לאור בשנת 1987. נשמע ממנו כיצד נולדה בראשו דמותו של מולכו. מה הוא חשב עליו אז, מה הוא מרגיש כלפיו היום, באילו מקומות מזהה בולי את מולכו בעצמו ואיך המוזיקה קשורה לכל הסיפור.. ונבין איך הרומן הזה, אשר גיבורו מתואר כאיש פשוט ושטוח, ללא שום זהות ברורה משל עצמו, הופך לספר המורכב והעמוק ביותר שכתב יהושע עד כה.
