עשור וקצת אחרי שעבר בין עבודות עם חלומות על פיתוח סדרת טלוויזיה, אלירן מלכה נמצא במקום אחר. כשמאחוריו שתי עונות של אחת הסדרות המצליחות בטלוויזיה הישראלית, ועוד עונה אחת בדרך, מלכה מרגיש שהוא מצא את הבית שלו, גם אם לא בין כותלי המגזר.
