As many as three European countries voted over the weekend — with far-reaching consequences for the continent's political future. In Romania, the pro-European candidate Nicușor Dan prevailed. In Poland a runoff election between liberal Rafal Trzaskowski and national conservative Karol Nawrocki will decide the future.
